    • accepting facebook permissions to access your data and post to your wall.

  • By availing of Live project you also accept Facebook's standard Terms and Conditions.
    • The initial step is to sign in and order your free ticket. This ticket entitles entry to 2 people only. Heineken will send you an email and post to your facebook wall as confirmation.
    • The user who booked the ticket will be contacted by Heineken via email and sms with Heineken Music communications.
    • This reserves your ticket but it doesn’t actually become available to print until you ‘check- in’ when prompted to by email approximately a week later.
    • You will have 48 hours to check-in from receipt of this email.
    • If you fail to check in, you lose the ticket
    • You can only print your ticket from the website, not directly from the email.
    • Once you check-in, you’ll be able to print your ticket and can attend the gig. You must enter the gig together with the person you are bringing on your ticket.

  • Alternatively you can ‘Give to a Friend’ by emailing it on so they can go instead of you or ‘Return the ticket’ to Heineken for it to be re-issued to someone else.
The tickets which are returned to Heineken or not confirmed in time will first pass to the standby list, those people who were midway through the process of booking a ticket when they ran out.
After that, if there are still tickets remaining, they go to the public in a second round offering.
Those who apply for a ticket on the standby list or through the second round offering obtain it immediately rather than having to ‘check-in’
Having a ticket doesn’t guarantee entry on the night if the venue is over capacity.
  • You must be over 18 years of age to enter for tickets and to gain admission to this event.
  • The prize permits the winner to one ticket for a specific event.
  • Tickets for the Heineken Live Project concerts are free of cost and will only give free entrance to the concert. Any other costs are at your own account.

  • Tickets are allocated on a first come first served basis.
  • Entry tickets are only available while stocks last and while the event is running.
  • Tickets to the concerts are distributed electronically; Heineken cannot accept liability for the loss of any transmitted information.

Rules of use

  • In order to ensure that we all enjoy the facilities of the Heineken Music website, we herewith give a set of rules which apply to the Heineken Music website.
  • The first important rule is of course the use of "Netiquette", which allows freedom, but without harming anyone or anything on the Net.
  • All copyrights on the Heineken Live Project website belong to Heineken.
  • We are proud of our name, products, trademarks and logos. You acknowledge that these are owned or licensed by Heineken and may not be used by you without our express written consent.
  • Heineken occasionally receives requests to remove links or Guestbook postings from the Heineken Music website. Please note that the following is the general approach of Heineken:
  • The application of the products and services on the Heineken website, is automatic without opportunity for advance review of contents by us.
  • We believe that persons who make information available on the World Wide Web do so with the expectation that this information will become publicly and widely available. We further believe that making available chat room postings and links to publicly accessible Web pages is legally permitted and consistent with common, customary expectations of those who make use of the Web and Usenet communication media.
  • In real life, most people are fairly law abiding, either by disposition or because they are afraid of getting caught. Some users of the internet tend to think that a lower standard of ethics or personal behaviour is acceptable on the Web. We at Heineken disagree with that point of view. The internet has clear standards of behavior, i.e. netiquette, which are not lower than in real life.
  • Entries on the Heineken Music website are regularly screened. Those that are in conflict with our rules, or in any other way not according to standards of what the public may expect on the Heineken Music website, will be removed at Heineken's sole discretion. It should be noted however, that we cannot guard every part of the Heineken Music website every time of the day, and that we assume no responsibility or liability which may arise from the content of any message posted by any third party on the Heineken Music website.
