What is Your Heineken?

Your Heineken allows you to design and personalise your very own Heineken bottles. You can personalise the front and back by adding your own text and photographs and then order 6 Packs to give to someone for their birthday, take to parties or share with friends, whatever the occasion.

How do I place an order?

Once you’ve finished personalising Your Heineken bottle design, enter the address where you’d like Your Heineken delivered, confirm your order, and click the ‘Checkout’ button. You’ll then be directed to a new secure payment window to enter your card details and pay for your order. You’ll also receive a thank you email for placing your order and an email confirmation from Heineken once your order has been checked.

What is the delivery period?

Once you’ve placed your order and Heineken has received your payment, we will make every effort to have your order delivered to the specified address within 15 days. Still have a question? Ask Heineken

Can I place orders outside of Ireland?

At this time, we can only deliver Your Heineken within Ireland. However, you can place an order on the website from abroad, as long as the delivery address you’re sending Your Heineken to is in Ireland.

How old do I have to be to place an order?

You have to be at least 18 years of age. The person who you’re sending Your Heineken to must also be at least 18 years of age. Please note that if a design has ‘Congratulations on your 16th birthday’, for instance, it will be refused. What does a Your Heineken 6 Pack cost?

Your Heineken costs €29.99 per 6 Pack. This price includes delivery cost and tax, whether you’re having your order shipped to someone else or to your own address. Still have a question? Ask Heineken

What is the shelf life of the bottles?

The shelf life of the bottles is approximately three months so keep this in mind if you’re ordering Your Heineken for an event in the future.

Can I change my password or email address?

You can change your name, email address and password by logging into the site and clicking the ‘Your Account’ button. Please note that if you change your email address, your new email address becomes your new username to login to the site.
