How do I place an order?

Once you’ve finished personalising Your Heineken bottle design, enter the address where you’d like Your Heineken delivered, confirm your order, and click the ‘Checkout’ button. You’ll then be directed to a new secure payment window to enter your card details and pay for your order. You’ll also receive a thank you email for placing your order and an email confirmation from Heineken once your order has been checked.

How can I pay?

You can pay for your order using Laser, MasterCard, and Visa. You cannot pay by bank transfer, cheque or by other cards not listed on the site.

What is the delivery period?

Once you’ve placed your order and Heineken has received your payment, we will make every effort to have the order delivered to the specified address within 15 days.

Can I place orders outside of Ireland?

At this time, we can only deliver Your Heineken within Ireland. However, you can place an order on the website from abroad, as long as the delivery address you’re sending Your Heineken to is in Ireland.

How is the 6 Pack shipped and can I recognise the parcel by its packaging

The bottles are packaged in a sturdy cardboard box to make sure they reach their destination intact. Your parcel should be easily recognisable by the Your Heineken logo on the box. Keep this in mind if you place an order and want to surprise someone you live with.

How do I order a larger quantity of bottles or place a business order?

Your Heineken comes in 6 Packs and you can order multiple 6 Packs. If you want to order more than 4 boxes of 24 bottles, you can place a business order. The prices are more attractive for larger volumes and you can also place a business order as a private individual. Simply click the ‘Business Customers’ button and fill out the form. We will then send you an email to explain how it works. If you still have any questions after that, you can contact our customer service team by clicking the ‘Contact Us’ button and sending a separate email, or you can call our customer service team on 1850 514 4466 during business hours – 9am – 5pm.

What is a voucher code and how do I use it?

You might be lucky enough to win a voucher code by entering a Heineken promotion. This is a unique number which can be redeemed to order a new 6 Pack/s free of charge on the Your Heineken site.

To use your voucher code, simply design your bottle as usual and then go to the Order page. Under your Order Summary you’ll see a field where you can enter your voucher code. Press ‘Apply’ and the voucher code will be redeemed for its value. The Order Summary will be adjusted accordingly. Remember to accept Heineken’s General Terms and Conditions to proceed.

How can I re-order a rejected design?

It’s easy to re-order a rejected design. If you receive an email informing you that one of your designs has been rejected, log on to Your Heineken and click the ‘Your Account’ button on the site. Here you can find all of your previously saved and ordered designs. You’ll spot the rejected design as it has an [!] icon in the top right side of the thumbnail. In most cases it should be the last design you created so it will be the first one in the carousel.
 
Click ‘View’ to check the design in more detail and from here you can ‘Edit’ or ‘Delete’ the design (please note that because this has been rejected you are not given the option to ‘Order Now’). Pressing ‘Edit’ will take you back to personalise the front and back of the bottle and you can continue with the journey as normal.
 
While you’re editing, please be careful with the words or photos/images you use as your design may be rejected if you use obscenities or inappropriate photos. For example, you may want to congratulate someone on their 16th or 17th birthday and include their photo on the bottle. This design will be rejected because Your Heineken is intended exclusively for people aged 18 years and over.
 
Your design may also be rejected if the text block contains more text than can fit within the layout. In this case part of the text would be invisible, so the design would be rejected to avoid disappointment. Still have a question? Ask Heineken
