The ‘Moutzolder’ or ‘malt loft’, is located between the old malt silos. Heineken’s brewery had no fewer than 22 of these huge silos, each measuring 20 metres in height. They kept the malt dry until it got milled into malted barley. Today, this more intimate room can host receptions for 60 people. It can also be used for a theatre set-up or U-shape for smaller parties.
