Heineken SPAR Retailer Incentive UCL Final 2026 Terms & Conditions
1. Only open to residents in the UK and Channel Islands and Isle of Man aged 18 or over, excluding employees of any company in the Heineken group and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.
2. To enter, go to https://www.heineken.com/gb/en/SparUCLRetailer and input required details (name, phone number, email, RDC (CJ Lang, Appleby Westward, James Hall or AF Blakemore), store name, store postcode) and upload an image of your in-outlet Heineken display featuring selected Heineken SKUs. The selected Heineken SKUs are Heineken Original 4x440ml, 4x568ml, 10x440ml, and 12x330ml and Heineken 0.0 4x330ml and 4x440ml. Incomplete entries will not be valid. Entry is limited to one entry per outlet during the Promotion Term. No purchase necessary to enter.
3. Promotion opens at 00:00 on 26.02.26 and closes at 00:00 on 18.03.26 (“Promotion Term”).
4. The winner will be the best display chosen by the Heineken Brand Team based on creativity, brand presentation, use of selected Heineken SKUs and overall visual impact. The Judges’ decision is subjective and final. The Promoter reserves the right to verify that the image is of a genuine Heineken display in your outlet. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and the winner using methods such as AI and manual verification processes and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw a prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into. Should the Promoter be unable to verify that the winner’s display image is genuine, another winner will be chosen.
5. There is one prize to be won. The prize is two hospitality tickets (over 18s only) to the Men’s Champions League Final 2026 at Puskás Aréna, Budapest on Saturday 30th May 2026. Hospitality includes exclusive pre-match hospitality, Friday night welcome event and Saturday lunch event. The prize also includes a minimum 4* hotel accommodation (1 room based on 2 adults aged 18+ sharing) for 2 nights between Friday 29th May – Sunday 31st May 2026, return economy flights from Manchester or London, and £250 travel allowance. No additional travel, subsistence, gratuities, costs of a personal nature or accommodation are included. These must be borne by the winner and their guest. Valid passport & visa (if applicable) is required to travel. Winner and guest must both be over 18 years of age. Ticket terms and conditions apply.
6. The winner will be notified by email & phone by 17:00 on 25.03.26. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner until the prize is claimed. This process will be followed up to a maximum of 3 times to determine a winner.
7. Winners’ details (1st name and counties only) will be available for 3 months from 25.03.26 by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Mesh Marketing Limited, 2 The Old Brewery, High Court, The Calls Leeds, LS2 7ES. By entering the promotion, each entrant acknowledges that in the event of a win, such information may be disclosed upon request.
8. Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties, bulk entries or automated entries are invalid. Multiple entries from a single IP address will not be valid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed entries, such entries will be void. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt and the Promoter does not accept any responsibility for the non receipt or the late receipt of message due to operator or network failure or for any associated costs to entrants. No entries submitted via any other means will be accepted. The Promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the web entry route. Any mechanical reproduction or automated entries is prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification.
9. By submitting your entry you are agreeing and confirming that:
• You shall be solely responsible for your entry and the consequences of posting or publishing it;
• The entire copyright in the submission and all content included in it of any nature, including images, script etc is original and belongs to you;
• Your entry does not disclose any personal or confidential information;
• Your entry is not false, a misrepresentation, obscene, offensive, pornographic, defamatory, discriminatory or libellous;
• You agree that the Promoter may use your entry and/or any part of it for any purposes of promoting our products, including posting your submission on a website or on other media channels;
• You grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, sub-licensable, transferrable, royalty free basic licence to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivate works of, display and perform the entry. For clarify, you retain all ownership rights in your entry; and
• You agree that any credits are at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
10. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize in whole or in part. Prize is not transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the prize if it is transferred.
11. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
13. The Promoter cannot guarantee that the event will be free from disruptions, failings or cancellations. The Promoter is not liable for such disruptions, failings or cancellations unless they are caused by our negligence. Any requests for refunds or compensation arising from them should be sent to the operator of the event. We can provide you with their details on request.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.
15. All conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by law or otherwise in connection with the prize are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and the Promoter shall be under no liability whatsoever or however in connection with any loss, damage or injury suffered as a direct result of the provision of the prize. Promoter makes no attempt to exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury arising as a result of its negligence.
16. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook/X/Instagram. Facebook/X/Instagram is not responsible to entrants in respect of any aspects of this promotion.
17. All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with any prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
18. These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement.
