These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
The personal data provided by entrants to the Promoter will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the promotion and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at https://heineken.co.uk/legal-hub/?article=privacy-policy). From time to time, the Promoter may share entrants’ personal data with their agents/representatives and Google to assist with administering the promotion, contacting entrants and prize fulfilment (as necessary).
Only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of any company in the Heineken group and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.

Tickets
A minimum of 101 pairs of tickets to UEFA Euro 2020 matches.
Winners will be given a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice prior to the match date, if they have won. This will enable sufficient time for participants to plan travel and accommodation (if required). Transport to and from the match is the responsibility of the winner.
Alternative prize: official adidas match ball
In the event of disruption to the tournament, official adidas match balls will be given away as a substitute prize.
For the avoidance of doubt, the adidas Match Balls will only be used as a back-up prize in the event of disruption to the tournament. If the tournament proceeds free of disruption, the tickets will be the only prize available to winners.
In the event of disruption, one ball will be provided as a substitute for one pair of tickets.
