These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. 1. Only open to residents in the UK, aged 18 or over and who operate an outlet in the Star Pubs & Bars estate. If venues have received an upweighted Heineken Silver kit recently, you will be excluded from the prize draw.
2. TO ENTER follow the steps below:
a. Scan the QR code found on customer facing lanyards and managers guide or visit https://www.heineken.com/gb/en/silver-quiz and go through age gate entry page.
b. Input name, email address, name of venue and postcode. Entry is limited to one entry per day, per email address. Please confirm your acceptance of the terms and conditions. Entries from a different person in the outlet will be accepted subject to the other restrictions set out in this term.
c. Answer all five questions about Heineken Silver.
d. Entrant is then directed to a results page to show them how well they did in the quiz and the answers.
e. Entrants need to answer all five questions to be entered into the prize draw to win a premium POS Heineken Silver kit for their venue worth £2,000.
f. Two winners will be randomly drawn and contacted one week after the promotional period ends on 17/07/23 via email to confirm their address details.
g. Mystery shops will also take place between 12/06/23 - 17/07/23 across 200 Star Pub & Bar venues where bar staff can win a £20 Love to Shop voucher if all POS provided within the activation kit is displayed correctly for consumers to see.
h. Promotion opens 12:00 12/06/23 and closes 23:59, 17/07/23. All entries must be made within this time to qualify.
3. Standard network rates apply. Entries must be made personally. Entries made through agents/third parties, bulk entries or automated entries are invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw a prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. The first two valid entries drawn at random on [22/07/2023] from all qualifying entries after answering all five questions will win a prize. If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 working days (or cannot accept the prize), the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and select new winners and until two winners can be contacted who will take up the prize. 8. Secondary prizes of 200 x £20 Love to Shop physical gift cards also available to bar staff through mystery shops taking place during 12/06/23 - 17/07/23. Winners are selected from bar staff correctly answering a question about Heineken Silver and situating all POS from activation kits provided which includes A3 posters, strut cards, till strips, table talkers, tent card and wobblers. The 200 Love to Shop gift cards will be awarded to those 200 venues where the Mystery Shops were conducted during the promotional period if after asking about Heineken Silver, they were able to say it was a light lager, smooth bitterness, 4% abv.

10. Name and county of POS prize winners will be available from [Heineken] from [22/07/2023]. By entering the promotion you consent to such disclosure if you are a winner.
11. There is no cash or other alternative to these prizes in whole or in part. Prizes are not transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the prize if it is transferred.
12. The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.
