In a tribute to all fans who supports their favourite F1® driver, HEINEKEN and F1 believe fans can be part of the ultimate 2025 F1 history. HEINEKEN together with F1 aims to bring the fans in the ultimate moment of the trophy ceremony through the “[Podium Celebration]” activation.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE “PODIUM CELEBRATION”

  1. The “[Podium Celebration]” is offered by HEINEKEN International on [include URL] as part of the 2025 F1 Mexico Grand Prix in partnership with F1.
  2. You must accept the following terms and conditions in order to participate in the Podium Celebration. By entering in the Podium Celebration, you agree you comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge to have read our Privacy Policy.
  3. These rules apply to the legal relationship between HEINEKEN International and you as a fans of the Entrants of the 2025 F1 Mexican Grand Prix. Any references to “you”, “yourself” and “Entrants” refer to you. References to “we”, “us” and “our” refer to HEINEKEN.
  4. By registering on the Site and by clicking the checkbox when this option is made available for you, you are entering into a legally binding contract with It means that you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms, and that you are at least above the legal drinking age in your country
  5. At any time, HEINEKEN has the right to, at its sole discretion and without prior notification, change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Podium Celebration, to change or modify these rules, or any part thereof, or to impose new conditions. Such changes, modifications, additions, or deletions shall be effective immediately upon posting of the rules. If you do not agree to abide by these or any future rules, do not (continue to) be part of in the Podium Celebration. You are advised to regularly read the Rules for possible changes.
  6. The celebration and these Terms will be governed by the law of The Netherlands.
  7. The Podium Celebration commences on September 23rd, 2025 and concludes on October 17th, 2025 (the “Promotional Period”). No entries will be accepted outside of the Promotional Period.

How to participate and win

  2. You have registered at the URL as a fan of F1 or an F1 driver, and you have uploaded your photo in accordance with the webpage requirements
  3. You are above the legal drinking age in Mexico.

  6. You can participate in the Podium Celebration only once; subsequent submissions will not be taken into account.

At all times HEINEKEN has the right to, at its sole discretion and without prior notification, exclude you from participation. Circumstances in which HEINEKEN can exclude you from participation include but are not limited to, non-compliance with these rules or attempts to compromise relevant applicable laws.

  1. In order to participate in the Podium Celebration an Entry must meet the following guidelines (“Entry Content Guidelines”) or shall be subject to disqualification in Heineken’s sole and absolute discretion.

Entries must:

- be captured in an image in .jpg format

- only include original material created by the Entrant or on its behalf

Entries must not :

- include illegal or hateful materials (including without limitation any materials which promote or condone hate or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, color, national origin, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, medical status, or other forms of discriminatory intolerance);

- infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights of any other person or entity, living or deceased;

- contain viruses, trojan horses or other technologies that could adversely impact the Activation;

- contain material that is disparaging to Heineken or inconsistent with the positive image and/or goodwill with which Heineken wishes to be associated (in Heineken’s sole and absolute discretion);

- show, reference or promote unlawful activities or any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, including any depiction of or reference to irresponsible alcohol use, including but not limited to the ASA guidelines on Responsible Drinking, see https://www.asa.org.uk/type/non_broadcast/code_section/18.html ;

The Entry be uploaded through [URL] where it will be collected for the purpose of production of customized confetti, to participate in the Podium Celebration. Please check our Privacy Policy for further details on the use of the Entry by Heineken. When Entrants publish/post the Entry, whether or not on social media, it will mention and tag HEINEKEN and take precautions, applicable to local laws andparti regulations, in order to safeguard transparency on the commercial character of the post.

  1. By participating in the Podium Celebration, you agree that HEINEKEN will use your data during and only for the purposes of the Podium Celebration Campaign. You agree and grant HEINEKEN a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, or display the photo worldwide, solely for the purposes of participation in the Podium Celebration.

Among the Entrants, there will be a random prize draw for one prize,consisting of two Paddock Club tickets, for the Formula One® Mexico Grand Prix Weekend, from 24-26 October, 2025.

  1. (The prize has an estimated total value of 13,200 EUR, which is valued at approximately 285,625 Mexican pesos. The prize does not include additional transportation costs (e.g. from to airport/stadium), food and beverages costs, hotel costs, visa costs, visa and potential other costs, nor will these be reimbursed.)
  2. Prize winners and travel companions must be over the legal drinking age in Mexico, but at least 18 years old, subject to verification by HEINEKEN, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Podium Celebration.
  3. HEINEKEN will reach out to the winner of the Prize through the email address that is provided by the Entrant. If HEINEKEN is unable to contact a prize winner, and/or a prize winner has not responded to the above notification after 48 hours, , is not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, declines the prize for any reason prior to award, or is unable or unwilling to accept the prize for any reason, their prize will be forfeited and, in Heineken’s discretion, HEINEKEN reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner.
  4. Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, Heineken reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at its sole discretion. Heineken will not replace any lost or stolen prizes.

Your privacy and data

  1. To participate in Podium Celebration, you are required to register by entering the following information in our website: name, email address, phone number. HEINEKEN respects your privacy and we are committed to keep your personal data secure in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please check our Privacy Policy.
  2. The personal data provided are necessary to make and handle your participation in the Podium Celebration Your age is necessary to confirm the legal requirements of legal age participating and further comply with the participation rules.
  3. Your relevant personal data will be stored by HEINEKEN only for, and during for the purposes of the campaign. Once the confetti with your photo is printed, and the personalized “zoom in”-moment when the trophy ceremony ends has passed, HEINEKEN will immediately remove your data the from our system.
  4. You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data that is stored in our system at any time. Requests for data access, rectification, or deletion of stored data should be submitted to digital@support.heineken.com.
  5. You agree to provide true and accurate information about yourself. In case of we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have provide untrue or inaccurate information, we can immediately suspend or terminate your participation in the Podium
  6. HEINEKEN will not provide your personal data to any other third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so or if you consent to this.

Release

  1. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold HEINEKEN, and each of their subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, advertising and promotion agencies and each of its and their respective directors, employees, agents and representatives (the “released parties”) harmless from and against any losses, damages, rights, claims, or cause of action of any kind arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with your participation in the Podium Celebration.

Disclaimer

  1. HEINEKEN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE PODIUM CELEBRATION. THE CAMPAIGN IS PROVIDED ‘AS IS’ AND ‘AS AVAILABLE’.

Intellectual property 

  1. All intellectual property rights to Podium Celebration are owned by Heineken Brouwerijen B.V., a company registered in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
  2. HEINEKEN is an official sponsor of Formula 1 and entitled to use the Formula 1 name and logos, as well as the Podium Celebration name and logos.
  3. The storage or reproduction of (a part of) the Site in any external site is prohibited without the express written consent of HEINEKEN.

Material of others

  1. Hyperlinks on the Site may direct visitors to external websites which are maintained by others. HEINEKEN shall not be liable for the contents and the functioning of such external websites. HEINEKEN shall also not be liable for the quality of products or services which may be offered on such external websites.
  2. Social medias where redirect you to the HEINEKEN registration page are not a sponsor or administrator, or in any way associated with the Podium Celebration. Your relationship with Facebook, Apple, Instagram, and other similar social medias is governed by the terms and conditions which can be found on their respective websites. You cannot invoke these social media terms and conditions in your legal relationship with

Publicity

  1. By entering in the campaign, Entrants grant HEINEKEN the right to use your photo image in promotional materials to be deployed on TV, radio, print, digital and social media. Entrants shall not be entitled to any form of compensation for the reposting or usage of their images and shall indemnify HEINEKEN and its associated companies against any third-party claims, losses and damages that may arise as a result of the usage of these posts, and/or images.
