Keeping it in the family

With Pub Succession, we launched a worldwide recruitment campaign across 128 countries to find a McLoughlin to carry on one retiring Irish publican’s legacy. But we know this is just one pub. Research shows us that 84% of publicans say family members do not want to take on the family pub. So, we’ve created an online tool to help other publicans find their potential successor too, someone who is as passionate about keeping the family name above the door as they are. The only catch? They’ve got to have the same surname.
