Wild Lager exists because of a groundbreaking discovery: wild yeast. First found as the result of a happy accident in Patagonia, wild yeast is uncultivated and untamed, meaning it’s hard to brew with but creates a lager that tastes like nothing before.
A taste untamed
After the discovery of wild yeast, our master brewer spent two years perfecting the taste of Wild Lager. In the range you will find crisp, full-bodied lagers that have a slight sweetness, hints of tropical fruit and a balanced spice from Patagonian herbs.
