  • Introduction


These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participation instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions.  Please retain a copy for your information.


The organizer of the Promotion is FIXMER SARL (the organizer, Fixmer) on behalf of Heineken Brouwerijen B.V.(Heineken). Fixmer is registered with the Luxembourg Trade Register under number B 22575, with VAT number LU 12826314, located at its registered office in L-4950 Bascharage, 2 rue Laangwiss. Heineken’s registered office is located at Tweede Weteringplantsoen 21, Amsterdam, The Netherlands.


  • Participants
  1. The participant must be over 18 years of age and reside in Luxembourg and Belgium to enter the Promotion.
  2. By entering the Promotion, the participants will be deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.
  3. The organizer, the companies directly participating in the Promotion implementation, as well as the owners, officials, employees or close relatives of retail and wholesale stores connected to the Promotion cannot participate in the Promotion.


  • Promotional Period

The Promotion runs from February 15th, 2024 to April 15th, 2024. All entries must be received by the organizer by no later than 11.59 p.m. on April 15th, 2024 (Closing Date).  All entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.

The Promotion is organized exclusively online on the Heineken website. Participants must retain receipt for proof of purchase.


  • Participation and prizes

Participation in this activation is guaranteed by

  1. The purchase of one Heineken 6-pack (25cl bottle, 33cl bottle, 33cl cans, 50cl cans) in the point of sale
  2. And by visiting the Heineken website linked to this activation.

    1. Participation in a supermarket
  • Participants must buy a Heineken 6-pack in the point of sales
  • The participant scans the QR code which is on the display and is directed to the Heineken website
  • On the website the participant confirms his/her agreement with the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion and that he/she is over the legal drinking age
  • The participant fills the form with the required information (Last name, first name, country of residence, e-mail, phone number, proof of purchase)


  1. Prizes
    • Two participants will have the chance to win the following prizes: 2 Champion’s League Semi Final tickets per winner (so 4 tickets in total)
    • The participant will receive its prize in the point of sales chosen via the brand ambassador.
    • The prize cannot be exchanged or given to another person.
    • Proof of identity and purchase may be called for before the prize is awarded.
    • The organizer reserves the right to change the prizes.


  • Announcement of the winners procedures

Two winners will be randomly selected through an automatic draw from eligible participants and will be contacted on April 20th, 2024 by e-mail and / or by phone they provided.


  • Personal Data

Personal information collected during the Promotion will be processed in accordance with Fixmer’s privacy policy available on _______________ and Heineken’s privacy policy available on https://www.heineken.com/global/en/privacy-policy. No personal data will be provided/processed by third parties, and the organizer undertakes to respect the privacy of participants and the winner. The details provided to the organizer will be stored by the organizer in order to allow for the appointment of winners of the prizes. Participants can request the organizer at any time to provide access to the personal data it has collected about them, to correct or to delete such personal data.


  • General conditions
    1. No cash alternative of the prize is available; prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
    2. The organizer accepts no responsibility for entries not received or for undelivered or delayed messages which were unable to be sent or received due to technical failure or any other reason beyond its control. No responsibility will be accepted by the organizer for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, for the acts or omissions of any service provider, internet, accessibility or availability or for traffic congestion or unauthorised human act.
    3. The organizer accepts no responsibility or liability for the winner’s health insurance while the winner is travelling for the purposes of the prize. The winner shall hold harmless the organiser for all liabilities, damage, loss, claim or expense whatsoever for failing to hold adequate health insurance covering them for the duration of the prize.
    4. No warranty or guarantee is given by the organiser in relation to any of the prizes and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser, its agents, associated companies, and trading partners will not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, additional expenses, injury or death howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort (including without limitation, negligence, fraud or malicious act), statutory or otherwise arising out of the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize awarded pursuant to the Promotion.
    5. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the organizer reserves the right to vary, cancel or modify the Promotion and/or the Terms and Conditions at any time and for whatever reason and/or amend or withdraw the Promotion (and/or any related prizes) in whole or in part at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. The organizer is also entitled to vary the prizes if, due to unforeseen circumstances it becomes impossible to provide the prizes as described or in its opinion, it would be inappropriate in any way. In that event, prizes of equal or similar value will be offered.
    6. The organizer does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner is not able to take their prize for whatever reason, including if a winner provides incorrect email address or contact details.
    7. Insofar as is permitted by law, the organizer and its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate entrants for any losses that may be incurred as a result of entering the Promotion and the organizer does not accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of a winner’s acceptance of a prize except where such damage or loss is caused by the negligence of the organizer or its agents. The winners’ statutory rights are not affected.
    8. The organizer reserves the right to verify the winning entries including asking for a winner’s identity, including proof of age, (which they must provide prior to fulfilment of the prize but which will not be retained following verification by the Organizer and redemption of the Prize) and to refuse to award the prize or withdraw the prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of the entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The organizer will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to this clause.
    9. No correspondence: Winner selection is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the prize winners.


  • Regulation

The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are subject to the law applicable in Luxembourg.
